Following the relocation of the farming team to Twyning back in 2019, the team continues to develop.
We are delighted with Sarah Medcalf’s promotion to Agricultural Manager from 1 April 2021 and Laura Johnson will also be promoted to Assistant Agricultural Manager. Both appointments are well deserved and will assist Sophie Howard with managing the team of 10 at the Twyning office.
Sarah and Laura joined us straight from university and have trained with us over the last few years, so it is very rewarding to see them develop through the firm. Sarah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2019 and Laura also qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2020.
Both Sarah and Laura are farmers’ daughters, giving them an understanding and passion for our clients’ businesses. Laura is still actively involved on her family farm in Herefordshire, often using her holiday to help with lambing!
We also welcomed Will Jelfs and Trudy Bevan to our team in September 2020. Will has joined us as a trainee and Trudy as our new receptionist. We are excited to see them both develop over the coming months.
The team at Twyning are looking forward to getting back out on the farm with clients after the coronavirus pandemic and we are excited for the future of our rural office.
